The Transactions module allows you to track your off-MLS listings from beginning to end or sales from MLS listings, and retain a record right in your CRM. You can enter transactions at any time, and at any stage of the sales process.
This also allows you to link a client to the corresponding property, for simple tracking in your CRM later.
Add a Transaction
To add a transaction, first navigate to the Transactions module within the TRIBUS CRM menu.
Click the button at the top-right of the Transactions archive page. Please note, a super user's Transactions archive is shown below. Super users may add transactions on behalf of any agent. Agents may only add their own transactions.
Choose one of two methods for entering your transaction(s). If the listing still exists on the MLS, you may enter the MLS number and click . This method of entry will automatically populate the transaction fields with any relevant information, including the current status. If the listing is no longer on the MLS, click the "Enter Listing Manually" button to proceed.

It's important to note that Transactions will not update automatically when details of a listing change on the MLS. For example, if an active listing progresses to a pending status, the transaction will need to be updated manually to reflect that change.
Transactions allows you to link your listings (active, pending, expired, sold) to any contacts in your CRM. Choose which party you represented, buyer, seller, or both, and select the associated contact(s) from the dropdown.
Click to complete the entry process and return to the Transactions archive page.
If your theme allows you to publish manually-added listings to your site, you'll see a "Publish Listing to Site" checkbox above the "Save" button. If checked, a listing will be created in the Listings module, with all relevant fields of information carrying over from the Transactions page.
The listing will be saved in "Draft" status until the user publishes it. Users may want to review the listing information, as well as add a description and photos prior to publishing.
