The "Details" link allows you to toggle between the Lead Activity page and the Lead Details page.
The Lead Account page contains all of a lead's contact information.
Updating Lead Contact Info
To update any of this information, just click the applicable field, enter, edit, or remove the info, and click .
Tags allow you to identify and categorize your leads by assigning them one or more keywords or "Tags." Leads are also subscribed to drip and blast email campaigns according to the Tags you assign to them on this page.
Click the dropdown to select the desired Tags to be assigned to the lead. There are currently eleven tags to choose from. More may be added with future updates.
This section allows you to enter important dates and personal information about the lead's relationships.
Here you can also choose a Source to identify where the lead originated from.
Rate your lead's interest level (hot, warm, cold, dead) and their credit profile. You can also note if they're military, relocating, and if they were referred.
The "Other" section is a simple text box, and can be used however you like.
Also on the Lead Details page is the Lead Details info box. Here you can find a few pieces of valuable information:
- Created: Date and time the lead first registered on your site.*
- Original Registration URL: The URL of the page the lead was visiting when they first registered.8
- Original Source*
- Assigned to: Current agent the lead is assigned to
*If leads were imported to the CRM, the lead details will reference the info on the import csv document.
The information in the Lead Details box cannot be edited.
The Lead Details page also displays all notes the agent has added to the lead's profile. Agents or administrators may add notes to a lead record. Notes will appear in chronological order, with most recent notes at the top.
To add a note, click .
At this time, notes may only be added, not edited or deleted.
