From the TRIBUS system, emails can be scheduled and manually sent, or automatically sent based on a lead's activity.
TRIBUS is not an email host or email platform replacement. So no matter which type of email is being sent, the TRIBUS system will push the message out for processing, which sends a request to SendGrid's API.
Sign Up for SendGrid
Every brokerage must sign up for their own SendGrid account in order to use TRIBUS' email marketing features.
SendGrid's pricing tiers are subject to change, and current options and rates may be found here.
Your brokerage's SendGrid account is where you can
- Track the volume of emails being sent
- Manage global/list unsubscribes
- View your current reputation
- Search and view detailed stats (make sure to view these frequently, as older stats will disappear after a period of time)
Configure Account Settings
This step will be handled for you by TRIBUS right around launch, but here are the correct settings for your reference/troubleshooting needs.
Do Not Delete Your SendGrid API Key
This key is visible only one time, and so TRIBUS will record the key in both your TRIBUS network settings and our internal records.
All API key settings should remain set to the highest level access.
All of your stats will be tied to your unique SendGrid API key, so if you ever delete it, older tracking information and reports may be lost.
