When a lead registers on any TRIBUS website, they're granted a kind of back-end access that's very similar in appearance to what an agent sees.
Below, we'll go through the different screens and options of a registered lead, so you'll know exactly what your leads have access to, and you can help them out if they get lost.
Lead Login Screen
Leads are automatically logged into your site when they first register, and unless they manually log out, or log in from a different device, they will remain logged in for a long time.
The lead login screen looks like this. Only an email address is required, unless your site requires leads to use a password, which is a client-specific setting.
The URL to get to the lead login page is yoursite.com/account As you can see, there's also a link to the home page of the site, and a Forgot Password? link below the email address field.
A logged-in lead's view of your site
In the image below, you'll notice a logged-in lead will see the WordPress navigation bar along the top of the page, just like you do. (Nav bar will not be visible on mobile devices.)
A lead's nav bar will display a button, which will direct them to a listings search page.
A logged-in lead's back-end view of your site
The lead will also see an button when logged in to your site. When clicked, this button will direct them to a back-end page which will display an Activity Stream like you see below, which is a chronological timeline of all of the lead's search activity on your site since they registered.
The Activity Stream allows the lead to view their search history, rate properties, add comments to a property, view any searches they've saved, and more.
All of the items in the Activity Stream are contextual and clickable. For example, a viewed property looks like this in the lead's timeline.
When the lead mouses over any of the property items in the timeline, they'll see this array of options below. They can jump to the listing page on your website to view it; add a comment; rate the property; share it via email; or schedule a showing.
If a lead adds a comment to a property in the Activity Stream, the site will not only capture it in the timeline, but it will also immediately send an email to the agent with the contents of the note.
Because TRIBUS captures all of your lead's search activity, we can also recommend similar properties that the lead may not have viewed yet.
Your lead will see your contact information on their Activity page. They can click the phone number to launch a call, or the email address to open their default email client so they can send you a message.
Finally, leads will see a statistical view of their search activity on your site. This is identical to the stats you'll see for the lead in your own CRM.
Lead Details Page
On the back-end of your site, a lead will also have access to their account profile, where they can edit their own contact information.
Invite a Collaborator
A lead can also invite a collaborator to join them in their property search. Collaborators are automatically registered on the site, and will receive a welcome email and link to your site.
