What does an Agent Branded Header look like?
How are the header styles set?
The way your header looks has been set globally at the API level, so you cannot edit these inside of your website.
One benefit of having styles set this way is that we can set dependencies - meaning that if you've never uploaded a profile photo, your emails won't contain a broken image.
Another benefit of having the info come from your TRIBUS user profile (versus your website settings) is that any lead assigned to you can receive emails branded towards you - no matter if the lead registered via the company site or your agent/team site.
Where does the content in my header come from?
The company logo has been set by your brokerage, and cannot be changed.
Your unique content comes from your TRIBUS user profile.
To edit these details, visit [YOUR WEBSITE]/wp-admin/profile.php and find the following fields.
- Display Name
- Mobile Phone
This content is inserted via dynamic merge tags, and will be updated into your email header automatically (for future emails, of course) whenever you update your TRIBUS profile details.
Note that all user photos will be resized to a 100 x 100 pixels square (if a square image is being used on the user profile), otherwise a max of 100 pixels high (for circular or rectangular user photos) - in which case, the width will automatically scale for you. The shape of the photo will be identical to the one you have uploaded on your TRIBUS profile.
When are branded headers applied?
Leads must be assigned in order for the branded header to be included. This requirement is because the agent's info pulls from the assigned user's TRIBUS profile (via merge tags). The info does not come from the agent/team's website.
For assigned leads, the agent branded header can appear in either of the following ways:
- If the email is sent from the company website, and the broker has the 'send as assigned agent' option enabled.
- If the email is sent from an agent/team website.
Can I apply my branded header to the Drips and Blasts that I send?
Not yet, but this is a feature that we have coming very soon!
