With Intranet News, it's now possible to send internal communications to all agents of a particular office. Simply type your message into a new News post, select the office, and Publish.
All agents who are members of the selected office will receive an email notification with a link to the full news post in the Intranet news archive.
Send a News post to an office
1. Go to Intranet>News>Add New and type your message.
2. From the Categories box on the right, select the office you want to send your message to.
3. Click "Publish" to send the message, or schedule it for a future delivery. A record of the post will be saved in the Intranet News archive, and a notification email will be sent to agents.
