In order to begin tracking your goals, Coach needs to know some basic information about you. Specifically, the first time you as an agent click on the Coach menu, you'll be guided through a series of questions that shouldn't take more than a couple minutes.
Click "Get Started" to begin.
First, choose the applicable range for the number of years you've been selling real estate.
In the second box, you'll need to confirm your MLS ID number, which should auto-populate from your user profile. If the MLS ID # is not correct, you can edit it here, but you should also correct it in your user profile.
On the next page, you'll enter your total actual sales volume for the previous year, as well as the number of transactions for which you represented the buyer, and also the seller. Enter zeroes if applicable.
Finally, you'll enter your goals for the current year. Coach needs to know your sales volume goal, as well as the number of buyers and sellers you hope to close.
Click "Finish." That's all there is to it!
