Coach is a powerful tool that allows your agents to establish sales goals, and monitor their progress in attaining those goals throughout the year. The simple goal setup process walks agents through a few questions so they can choose a realistic goal for the upcoming year. Then they're able to track their performance against market averages, and adjust their goals as needed.
With customized reports, staff can view YTD, monthly and historical reports company-wide, broken down by office and for individual agents. This will allow staff to motivate agents and view the highest producers at a glance with TRIBUS' custom reports visualizations.
This bar graph, visible to admins and super users in Coach, shows actual closed sales volume per month, and the total volume versus the brokerage goal. Search filters can be applied to break down the data by quarter, office, and agent.
Coach puts sales goals and reminders into an automated, online format so that nothing gets forgotten; while still encouraging staff to mentor agents within the office as well.
How Does Coach Work?
Coach pulls in data from the MLS and from TRIBUS CRM. Because Coach depends on listing data and lead data from within the TRIBUS CRM, it's crucial that agents or staff keep their CRM up to date.
For example, Coach captures lead source info from the CRM.
Coach also pulls in individual listing data from Transactions by aggregating the status, square footage, and list and sale price of every listing in the CRM.
Historical market data is pulled from the MLS every month to display average time on market, price per square foot, and median sales price of the MLS market relative to each agent.
Coach is able to compile average list price versus average sale price in order to come up with the pricing strength of a particular agent, office, or brokerage as a whole.
The sales funnel is a visual representation of the total number of leads, active clients, and deals in the CRM.
Managers and staff can see the goals and progress of all agents, or a filtered subset of agents at any time in Coach. You can quickly see which agents are on track to meet or exceed their goals, as well as which agents may need more support and guidance toward reaching theirs.
All of the data in Coach can be exported at any time by clicking the "Export" button.
