You can send your site visitors an email confirmation whenever they complete the general Contact Form on your site. (Contact form shown below.)
This confirmation email is disabled by default, but can be turned on by site admins on a company site, or agents on an agent site.
To enable the alert, navigate to TRIBUS CRM>Email Settings>Notifications to Leads & Contacts (tab)
Scroll down to the Contact Form Confirmation email template and check the "Enable" box.
Because the confirmation email is linked to Contact Forms that can exist in several different places on your site, the default message is very general in nature; however, you may customize it however you see fit.
