From within the Intranet Listings archive, anyone can share a listing with a lead in the CRM.
Click below any listing to open the email editor.
The email editor will be auto-populated with default email content sourced from the Email Settings menu. Users may edit the content of this email.
To customize the default content of this email, navigate to TRIBUS CRM>Email Settings>Notifications to Leads & Contacts, and locate the "Email to Client" email template (shown below).
Remember to scroll to the bottom of the page and click Save to save any changes.
Contact an Agent
Users may also contact the listing agent for any off-MLS listings on the Intranet. Click the Contact Agent button to open the email editor.
